We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in the Aircraft/Aerospace industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in project management for R&D and Engineering teams during the New Project Development (NPD) lifecycle within the aerospace domain.
This role ensures project documentation is maintained, schedules are tracked, and communication flows efficiently across technical, financial, and regulatory teams. The role is also responsible for implementing and maintaining the configuration management process.

- Project Planning & Documentation
- Communication and Coordination across multidisciplinary teams
- Monitoring and Reporting of project progress
- Continuous Improvement in Project Management processes
- Implementation and maintenance of the Configuration Management process
Technical Skills Required
- Familiarity with aerospace systems, design processes, and Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Experience in New Product Development (NPD) risk management planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams
Tool Knowledge
- Project Management Tools such as Jira
- G-Suite
- ERP software
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – Mandatory
