Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry, along with a PMP certification is required.

Full description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Steer and execute projects throughout the project life cycle (initiation, development, implementation).
  • Involve and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth delivery of project deliverables.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate with respective parties on defining project scope, resource requirements, cost estimate and timeline.
  • Prepare and update project documentation eg business case, resources forecast.
  • Identify and document potential risks; carry out risk assessment with Risk and relevant parties.
  • Review and challenge reasonablenss of resource and cost estimate.
  • Monitor risks, project financials, resources and timeline for multiple projects.
  • Ensure the completion of projects within budget, required quality and on schedule.
  • Proactive in communicating with stakeholders on incidents, potential risks or issues.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for earlier delivery of projects and associated benefits.
  • Facilitate meetings with participants at all levels. Experienced in stakeholder management.
  • Able to handle dynamic between different team, directing team to resolve issue

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline. 5 - 10 years experience in Project Management, ideally within financial services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • PMP certification
  • Experience in insurance industry a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Scrum Master I
