Imagine seeing your projects become destinations people love. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead major developments, refurbishments and capital projects across Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Group Head of Venue Projects, you’ll take ownership of the full project journey, from concept and design through to construction, commissioning and handover. Working across Property, Operations, Finance, Design and external partners, you’ll keep projects moving, budgets under control and outcomes aligned with our brand and business goals.
What you’ll do
- Lead multiple venue projects from concept to completion.
- Manage design, approvals, procurement, construction and handover.
- Own project budgets, forecasts, contracts, negotiations and cost control.
- Partner with stakeholders, contractors, consultants, suppliers and landlords.
- Identify risks, solve problems and deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
- Improve project processes and supplier performance.
- Travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand.
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience delivering complex retail, hospitality, entertainment, commercial fit-out or construction projects.
- Confidence managing multiple projects, budgets and competing priorities.
- Excellent commercial, stakeholder-management and negotiation skills.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience coordinating site-based delivery and working with contractors and consultants.
