Brown & Brown is seeking a Client Engagement Project Manager to join our growing team.
Brown & Brown is looking for a full-time Client Engagement Project Manager to join their growing team. Brown & Brown is already an industry leader in prescription drug benefit savings and analytics. You will join a talented team of pharmacists, actuaries, data engineers and experienced pharmacy benefit client engagement managers. You will bring strong industry knowledge and will serve as a trusted business partner to your internal partners and Brown & Brown customers. A successful candidate is a team player who is creative, organized, detailed oriented, proactive, and has strong communication skills and experience in working in pharmacy benefit consulting.
The Project Manager will work on all aspects of product and service delivery including RFP/procurement projects, auditing, market-check analysis, analytic reporting, and will be responsible for working with the CE team on operational activities for assigned accounts.
How You Will Contribute:
- Support the RFP/procurement and market-check process for assigned accounts which includes creating project timelines and project plans, coordinating PBM data requests, creating RFP templates, and creation of power point presentations;
- Support the audit process for assigned accounts which includes creating a statement of work, submitting ASANA tickets, assisting the audit department with the data request coordination, and preparation of the audit findings presentations;
- Assist with Pharmalogic reporting including the setup, WRIKE ticket submission, coordination and creation of analytic reports, peer review of data in Pharmalogic reports;
- Assist with the coordination and tracking of any client transitions to a new PBM;
- Assist with the documentation and retention of all key agreements, deliverables and client correspondence;
- Assist with the coordination of new teammate onboarding;
- Work with IT and Clinical teams for project coordination, issue resolution, etc.
Skills & Experience to be Successful: Required
- Bachelor's degree in business
- Strong experience in MS Office and/or MS Excel
Preferred
- Knowledge of PBM and/or Pharmacy Benefit Consulting
- Experience with Tableau
Pay Range
100,000.00 - 125,000.00 Annual
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
