About the team:
Our back-office team at FIS Brown Deer oversees monitoring and working repetitive tasks for FIS ACH Tracker clients. You'll work with three employees and sometimes remote workers, monitoring the processing of billions of dollars of ACH payments. We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated to take on tasks proactively without constant guidance from managers or team leaders.
Please note: This is a full-time role for Second Shift:
Monday - Thursday: 2pm to 10pm Central Time
Friday: 5pm to 1am Central Time
**may be required to work later, end time is when processing has completed.

What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Submitting ACH processing windows at specific times during the day.
• Validating ACH Batch Processing job on the mainframe in Control-m
• Critical Validation of Files to and from The Federal Reserve and Clearing House
• Completing customers ticket requests to process, stop or reverse ACH payments.
• Each employee is responsible for completing around 50+ tickets daily with 100% accuracy.
• Taking phone calls and answering email from clients in a professional manner. Often helping redirect those customers to the correct support team.
• When a coworker is off, employees are expected to take on additional tasks with an increased workload to ensure all tasks are covered.
• Upon completion of your training, you will be required to work independently on occasion, contingent on daily staffing needs. For instance, Friday nights from 10pm until the close of ACH operations will be staffed by one employee.

• Success in this position requires a high attention to detail.
• Looking for someone who is dedicated and reliable.
• Flexibility is important as the job may require employees to come in early or stay late depending on business needs.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Computer skills and PC problem solving ability mandatory.

• Banking background
• Production/Operations support or computer operations experience helpful.
• Ten-key typing skill set are beneficial
• Comfortable staying focused even on repetitive tasks.
