Your role As a Business Analyst, you will play an important role in helping insurance organizations navigate change and transformation. Working closely with clients and delivery teams, you will help bridge business needs and technology solutions while contributing to initiatives that create real value for both businesses and customers. You will be part of a collaborative environment where digital solutions, automation and AI are shaping the future of insurance.
In this position you will play a key role in:
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and help shape effective solutions.
- Supporting insurance transformation initiatives through analysis, requirements gathering and solution design activities.
- Facilitating workshops and supporting implementation efforts to ensure successful business outcomes.
- Contributing to project planning, quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Experience from consulting, business analysis or implementation projects within insurance, financial services or a related industry.
- Knowledge of the insurance domain, such as personal or commercial lines, motor, property or casualty insurance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Analytical experience across business process modelling, data analysis, integrations, and end-to-end transformation initiatives.
- An interest in technology, digital transformation, automation and AI, and how these can create value within insurance.
