Wingie Enuygun Group is looking for a Junior Product Manager to join its growing Technology department. In this role, you will have the chance to be part of the team that has developed one of Turkey's most successful internet businesses.
What makes you special?
- You have min 1 year of experience in product management, business analysis, technical support, or a related field.
- You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, management, or a related field.
- You have strong communication skills and feel comfortable explaining technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You have a basic technical understanding of how systems connect and exchange data (APIs, integrations, logs) and can read an error message to understand what it means and why it's happening.
- Experience or familiarity with B2B platforms, marketplace systems, or partner/vendor onboarding processes is a plus.
- You are curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy digging into the root cause of a problem rather than just reporting it.
- You are a team player who can coordinate effectively with suppliers, hotel partners, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
- You love data, analytics, and numbers.
What we expect from you:
- Monitor and manage supplier integrations, identifying connection issues, errors, and their root causes.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with suppliers to resolve integration issues and keep data flowing without disruption.
- Work closely with engineers to translate technical problems into clear, actionable information for suppliers and business stakeholders.
- Support the product roadmap for supplier integrations, helping prioritize fixes and improvements based on business impact and make sure that engineers are on track as per prioritizations set.
- Take part in the product management of our B2B hotel distribution system, supporting the roadmap and feature backlog that lets hoteliers list and sell their properties through Wingie and Enuygun.
- Work with hotel partners and the internal partnerships/sales team to understand onboarding needs, gather feedback, and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Support hoteliers and internal teams in resolving issues related to property listings, inventory, and booking flows on the B2B platform.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, business intelligence, and other product teams to incorporate feedback into the integration and B2B platform development process.
- Help manage internal and external requests related to supplier connections, hotel partner onboarding, and data quality.
- Track and document recurring issues, escalation patterns, and integration/platform health to support continuous improvement.
- Assist in defining workflows, mock-ups, and requirements for integration- and B2B platform-related product features.
- Maintain clear documentation of integration and B2B platform statuses, issues, and resolutions for the wider team.
- Support the team in developing metrics and KPIs to monitor supplier integration and B2B hotel platform performance.
- Continuously look for ways to improve integration reliability, hotel partner experience, and communication processes.
