Full description

  • Carry out daily food manufacturing operations in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
  • Perform routine tasks such as processing, packing, cleaning, and sanitation.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety standards at all times.
  • Observe and report abnormalities in process, quality, or equipment.
  • Record daily operational data as required.
  • Support team activities to ensure smooth food manufacturing operations.
  • Melaksanakan kegiatan harian produksi makanan sesuai dengan SOP dan instruksi kerja.
  • Melakukan tugas-tugas rutin seperti pengolahan, pengemasan, pembersihan, dan sanitasi.
  • Senantiasa menjaga standar keamanan pangan, kebersihan, kualitas, dan keselamatan kerja.
  • Mengamati dan melaporkan adanya ketidaksesuaian pada proses, kualitas, atau peralatan.
  • Mencatat data operasional harian sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Mendukung kegiatan tim demi kelancaran operasional produksi makanan.
