About the role

The Tech Lead DevOps will provide technical leadership for the DevOps function and design Terraform-based infrastructure in cloud and on-premises environments. They will also lead cross-organizational projects, implement CI/CD pipelines, and integrate AI-based systems into the development lifecycle.

abra is looking for an experienced Tech Lead DevOps to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional and technical leadership for the DevOps function.
  • Designing and building Terraform-based infrastructure in On-Premises and Cloud environments.
  • Implementing Agentic SDLC processes for development teams.
  • Developing and implementing CI/CD processes, pipelines, and automation.
  • Building, integrating, and maintaining AI environments, including writing Skills, running Agents, working with MCP, and implementing security mechanisms.
  • Working extensively with Kubernetes.
  • Leading projects in AWS environments.
  • Leading cross-organizational processes and collaborating with various technology teams.

Position Details:

  • Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday.
  • Location: Lod, Israel.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS – Mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes – Mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing DevOps teams and projects – Mandatory.
  • Proven experience developing pipelines and automation – Mandatory.
  • Experience implementing AI-based systems – Significant Advantage.
