Full description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Tech Lead with a strong Cloud Security to lead a DevOps team in a complex enterprise environment. The role combines team leadership, cloud infrastructure management, and driving security best practices across the organization's cloud environments.

The primary cloud platform is AWS, with familiarity and hands-on experience with Azure also required.

The role involves leading the DevOps team, overseeing cloud infrastructure planning, implementation, maintenance, and security, and driving cloud security initiatives in close collaboration with the organization's CISO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a DevOps team, ensuring high technical standards and effective execution.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure.
  • Drive DevSecOps practices and embed security principles throughout cloud operations and development processes.
  • Lead cloud security initiatives, ensuring compliance with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with infrastructure teams, the CISO, and various business and technical stakeholders.
  • Support and improve cloud operations across multiple environments and organizational departments.
  • Ensure infrastructure resilience, security, and operational excellence in a complex, multi-cloud environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading and managing a DevOps team.
  • Strong hands-on background in DevOps and DevSecOps within a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Solid experience with AWS cloud infrastructure; familiarity with Azure is required.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Security principles, practices, and enterprise security requirements.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-environment organizations with high security and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
