Full description

Product Management @ Mergco

As a Product Manager for Printavo, you are responsible for identifying and prioritizing problems and opportunities and working with Product Design and Engineering to define, design, and deliver product capabilities that enable apparel decorators print & sign shops to quote, produce, and fulfill orders successfully.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to build quarterly roadmaps and ship features that deliver on customer outcomes, business outcomes, and product strategy.

You own the problems and opportunities for your domain. You lead your squad to create and deliver ongoing customer value and strengthen Printavo's competitive position.

The Printavo Solution

Printavo is a vertical SaaS solution, and one of our flagship products. It is focused on serving branded merchandise businesses who sell apparel, signage, and promotional products. Printavo is the operational backbone for thousands of decorators, distributors, team dealers, and print and design shops streamlining quoting, order management, payments, and production.

A Day in The Life

  • Strategic Roadmapping: Own the epic-level roadmap across Printavo's core workflows (quoting, invoicing, production, fulfillment, and payments). Translate initiatives into epics and break problems down into well-scoped epics with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and MVP/Beta/GA sequencing.
  • Customer Discovery: Lead discovery independently, including competitive analysis and mixed-method research, to turn ambiguous problems into initiatives worth building. Conduct discovery with customers, prospects, and internal teams to deeply understand needs, problems, opportunities, and context for an initiative.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Use data (SQL, Pendo, Sigma, Looker, or equivalents) to diagnose issues, track outcomes, and defend roadmap tradeoffs with evidence, not just opinion. Analyze and interpret data and research results and synthesize insights for roadmap development.
  • AI Integration: Apply AI across your own workflow (ex. discovery synthesis, prototyping, documentation) and identify where AI creates real value for shop owners, not just novelty. Identify opportunities where AI capabilities can improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency, or product differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and design to scope and ship epics, including pushing back when a proposed solution doesn't serve the customer or business outcome. Coordinate cross-team dependencies and represent Printavo in go-to-market planning, launches, and customer conversations.
  • Agile Delivery: Participate in agile ceremonies and monitor delivery progress, adjusting plans when necessary. Work with engineering to define and sequence stories required to deliver epics and maintain a backlog of 2-3 sprints.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, with a SaaS product – experience in the branded merchandise industry is a plus.
  • Proven success shipping B2B SaaS, vertical SaaS, ecommerce, or other operationally complex platforms that move customer and business metrics — payment solutions experience is a plus.
  • Experience bringing customer-facing AI features to market and iterating while in production.
  • Strong data fluency: comfortable using SQL and tools like Pendo, Sigma, or Looker to diagnose problems and defend decisions.
  • Skilled at leading discovery independently, including competitive analysis and both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Fluent with AI tools across the product workflow, and able to tell real AI value from novelty.
  • Demonstrated ability to break ambiguous, cross-team problems into a sequenced, defensible roadmap.
  • Comfortable pushing back on engineering, design, and GTM partners to land on the right solution.
  • Experience with high-volume, operationally complex workflows (quoting, order management, production, or fulfillment) a plus.
  • A bias toward impact over process, with strong opinions held loosely.
