Full description

Join the Customer Fulfillment Experience team at Amazon Brazil and shape how millions of customers receive their orders — every day, at scale. We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to lead Consolidation & Choices, building products that directly impact cost efficiency, customer convenience, and the end-to-end delivery promise.

You will design, launch, and scale shopping and convenience solutions — from shipment consolidation to pick-up and delivery choices — partnering with Transportation, Operations, Finance, Retail, and WW DEX leadership. You'll own complex products from strategy through execution, tackling customer-facing challenges in one of Amazon's fastest-growing and most logistically complex markets.

Brazil is a continent-sized country making every delivery a unique challenge. At Amazon.com.br, you'll operate at the intersection of customer experience and operational excellence, inventing solutions where no playbook exists.

Basic Qualifications: - Experience in project/program management - Experience experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience with end to end product delivery

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in process improvement - Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
