Reporting to the Director, Omnichannel & Digital Marketing, the Digital Product Manager is a hands-on execution leader responsible for translating brand and omnichannel strategy into tactical digital plans and flawless delivery across HCP and patient channels. This role plans and drives digital and web-oriented projects from ideation through launch, with day-to-day ownership of execution, launch readiness, and deployment coordination. Working closely with leadership, brand teams, developers, agency partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders, the Digital Product Manager ensures alignment on objectives, scope, timeline, cost, and quality. Success in this role requires deep operational expertise across CRM, email, web, field-enabled digital, and paid media executions; fluency in Veeva and Salesforce Marketing Cloud; command of the PRC/MLR review process; and a customer-centric mindset focused on building scalable, reusable solutions in a lean, fast-moving, launch-focused environment.
Principal Responsibilities
Strategy, Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Translate brand and omnichannel strategy into tactical digital plans and drive execution, working closely with leadership, stakeholders, developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Plan and oversee digital and web-oriented projects from ideation to completion that are strategically aligned, including securing cross-functional alignment on project scope, benefits, cost, and timeline.
- Manage internal and external timelines across projects, with a clear understanding of timeline impacts and dependencies across tactical development and deployment.
- Maintain integrated digital timelines, trackers, asset inventories, and handoffs across brand, agencies, IT, Analytics, and deployment partners.
- Translate brand and business objectives into actionable digital execution plans, prioritizing work to deliver the greatest value against launch goals.
HCP & Patient Digital Execution
- Lead day-to-day HCP and patient digital tactic execution across web, CRM/email, field-enabled digital, and paid media channels; a broad understanding of the HCP landscape is preferred.
- Own digital launch execution across web and paid media, including content updates, asset handoffs, trafficking, tagging, QA, tracking validation, and go-live readiness.
CRM, Email & Field Enablement
- Drive CRM/email asset pull-through, applying best practices across triggers, customer journeys, and dynamic modules.
- Coordinate end-to-end rep-triggered email execution, including content handoff, Veeva configuration, field deployment, testing/QA, versioning, and coordination with field, brand, and agency teams.
- Build, configure, and deploy content within Veeva and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring assets are set up and delivered to best-practice standards.
Content Operations, PRC & Compliance
- Apply a strong understanding of the PRC process, including routing in Veeva PromoMats, managing version control across assets, and collaborating with the PRC team.
- Maintain a strong understanding of digital platforms and best practices, ensuring execution adheres to regulatory, privacy, and internal governance requirements.
Measurement & Reporting
- Coordinate dashboard inputs and reporting follow-ups, monitor tactic-level performance and delivery, and surface executional issues and optimization opportunities to brand and Analytics partners.
- Partner with Analytics and Research teams to connect execution to outcomes, ensure approved measurement plans and tracking requirements are implemented, and inform ongoing optimization.
Partnership & Collaboration
- Manage agency partners with clear direction, feedback, quality oversight, and accountability for timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners, including HCP and Patient brand teams, IT, Patient Support Services, Analytics, and Research teams, to align objectives and deliverables.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, digital product/project management, or omnichannel execution, with pharmaceutical/biotech industry and launch experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva (CRM and PromoMats) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including CRM/email and rep-triggered email configuration and deployment.
- Strong working knowledge of HCP and patient marketing in a regulated industry, including PRC review, Veeva PromoMats routing, version control, FDA promotional requirements, and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).
- Experience with website content management, media trafficking/tagging, QA, launch readiness, and agency/cross-functional execution.

- Strong marketing proficiency, project management, verbal, written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines without sacrificing quality.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean, fast-moving, launch-focused environment; self-directed, proactive, and accountable for outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital performance data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence and translate findings into actionable executional recommendations.
US Salary Range: $130,000-$145,000
