Job Summary
The Sr Product Manager will be a thought leader and will provide strategic direction for the delivery of our products by defining and maximizing value for our customers. This position will be called upon to deliver measurable business results that meet market needs and company goals.

- li">Analyze competitive intelligence data to understand competitor strengths and weaknesses and how your product needs to be differentiated against the market.
- li">Facilitate a multi-functional team li">comprised li"> of Engineering, UX, and Technical Architecture.
- li">Prioritize and propose strategic initiatives to address customer challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.
- li">Deliver solution proposals with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
- li">Oversee the planning and delivery of product releases across multiple teams.
- li">Advocate new products to market by assessing existing requirements and product development programs; prepare return-on-investment analysis; li">establish li"> time schedules with Development and Product Marketing.
- li">Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and prototypes, and leverage data and learnings to iterate and improve solutions.

Position Requirements

- li">4-6 years' experience as a Product Manager.

- li">Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Additional Information:
Physical Demands:
Minimum physical exertion. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate, reach, and manipulate objects, tools or controls. The position requires mobility. Duties involve moving materials weighing up to 5 pounds on a regular basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 75% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse.
Work Environment:
The working conditions will vary between an office environment and a remote home environment. The ideal protected indoor work environment is a clean, non-hazardous work area. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office or remote home environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises.

Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$150,000—$170,000 USD
