ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Graphic Designer to join our Factorie Girls team. Working alongside Design, Buying and Trend, you will help bring our brand vision to life through commercial graphics and print designs that connect with our customer. You will support the development of graphics, placements and repeat yardages across apparel categories, ensuring all artwork reflects current trends and aligns with the Factorie brand DNA. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for design, a passion for youth culture and fashion, and the ability to translate creative concepts into exciting product outcomes. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree / qualification in a relevant field i.e. Graphic Design, Textiles or Fashion Design
- Demonstrated experience in a Graphic Designer, Textile Designer or similar role
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and MS Excel
- Strong ability to interpret briefs and translate ideas into commercially relevant designs
- Knowledge of graphic placement, repeat prints and artwork development
- Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
- A passion for youth fashion, trends, graphics and the Factorie customer
