Production & Project Management

  • Prepare and send proofs to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Process client and internal artwork into print-ready files with a high level of accuracy.
  • Lead the sourcing, budgeting, and vendor coordination for company merchandise, ensuring cost-effective production without compromising on design quality or brand standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate timelines to meet production and delivery deadlines.
  • Provide quick turnaround on revisions and updates in response to evolving project needs and tight deadlines.
  • Incorporate feedback from colleagues and clients while maintaining creative quality and consistency.
  • Produce design projects within or under budget constraints.
  • Maintain organized digital files and archives that are clearly titled, accessible, and up to date.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, HR, and production teams to translate business needs into effective visual solutions.
  • Communicate project status and priorities with project managers using internal platforms.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree or college diploma in graphic design, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
  • The ability to perform well in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Openness to feedback and a continuous desire to learn and grow.
  • A high level of creativity, precision, and attention to detail.
