Graduate Business Analyst (AI & Enterprise Technology)

About the Role

Turium AI is looking for bright, analytical and motivated graduates to join our Hyderabad team as Business Analysts (AI & Enterprise Technology).

This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds, preferably from IITs and other reputed universities, who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, enterprise technology and digital transformation.

We are looking for candidates with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, a strong academic track record and an interest in understanding how technology can solve business challenges.

As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will work closely with experienced consultants, engineers, product managers and business stakeholders across India and Australia. You will gain exposure to AI-powered applications, enterprise systems, software development and technology consulting projects.

You will contribute to Turium AI's products, including Turium Algoreus, Turium Enigma and Turium Zebra, supporting solutions delivered to government, councils and enterprise customers.

This role provides an opportunity to build a strong foundation in business analysis, AI and enterprise technology while working on real-world business and technology challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements for AI, software and enterprise technology projects.

• Understand business problems, objectives and operational requirements and help translate them into technology-driven solutions.

• Support the preparation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Assist in mapping business processes, workflows, current-state and future-state scenarios.

• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, developers, engineers and consultants during solution design and implementation.

• Participate in stakeholder meetings, requirements discussions, project workshops and team collaboration sessions.

• Support the documentation of AI solution workflows, business use cases, functional requirements and expected outcomes.

• Assist in validating AI-powered applications, including functionality, usability, response accuracy and alignment with business requirements.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case preparation, defect tracking and requirements validation.

• Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for automation, operational improvement and digital transformation.

• Participate in Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

• Assist in preparing business cases, project reports, presentations, solution summaries and client-facing documentation.

• Support project delivery across AI, ERP, software development and enterprise technology environments.

• Develop an understanding of enterprise platforms such as SAP, TechnologyOne, Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle.

• Contribute to research, solution demonstrations, proposals, tender responses and customer presentations.

• Coordinate with teams across Hyderabad and Australia to support project requirements and delivery milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.

• Preferably graduates from IITs or other reputed universities with consistently strong academic performance.

• Good GPA/CGPA or equivalent academic scores throughout the academic journey.

• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, requirements gathering and process mapping.

• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies and software project delivery.

• Fundamental knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Understanding of AI use cases, prompt engineering concepts and business process automation.

• Ability to understand business problems and communicate ideas clearly.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to learn new technologies, tools and business processes quickly.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to work closely with Australian stakeholders and accommodate project collaboration requirements across time zones.

Highly Desirable

• Academic projects, internships or research experience related to AI, software development, business analysis, data analytics or enterprise technology.

• Exposure to Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude or similar AI applications.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar project management and requirements-tracking tools.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.

• Understanding of business process modelling, BPMN, flowcharts or workflow documentation.

• Exposure to AI-powered applications, automation, APIs, system integrations or SaaS products.

• Familiarity with AI concepts such as AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering and LLM-based applications.

• Exposure to ERP or enterprise platforms such as SAP, TechnologyOne, Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle.

• Participation in hackathons, technology competitions, research projects or relevant certifications.

• Strong academic achievements, scholarships, university rankings or technical accomplishments.
