- Experience in requirement-based testing, test case writing, test execution, traceability, and verification documentation.
- Exposure to hardware test setups, lab equipment, debugging tools, emulators, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, or equivalent environments.
- Programming and scripting experience in C, C++, and Python.
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control, build systems, and automated test execution.
- Ability to understand software architecture, interface control documents, state machines, timing behavior, and failure modes.
- Good analytical, debugging, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with aerospace, satellite, avionics, robotics, automotive, defense, or mission-critical embedded systems.
- Familiarity with software verification life cycles, quality standards, configuration management, and release processes.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks, static analysis tools, code coverage, continuous integration dashboards, and issue tracking tools.
- Exposure to hardware-in-the-loop testing, simulation environments, telemetry validation, command handling, or real-time embedded systems.
Tools and Technologies:
- Languages: C, C++, Python
- DevOps and CI/CD: Git, build pipelines, automated test execution, code quality checks, and release validation workflows
- Testing: Requirement-based testing, regression testing, integration testing, interface testing, hardware/software environment testing
- Hardware: Controllers, peripherals, communication interfaces, lab equipment, and embedded debugging environments
What we are looking for: a detail-oriented QA professional who can work closely with embedded software, hardware, systems, and mission teams to ensure reliable, testable, and high-quality flight software.
