Senior Product Manager, Advertising (d/f/m) - Fixed-term contract

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Advertising (d/f/m) who will be responsible for one of Kleinanzeigen’s most important monetisation channels: User-Facing Advertising. This is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, running from 1 November 2026 to 1 February 2028.You will lead a cross-functional team to drive positive and lasting user-focused business outcomes, identifying the best revenue opportunities while balancing them with a frictionless user experience. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Head of Product PRO & Advertising. Who You Are• You bring 6+ years of experience in digital product management, including Discovery and Delivery in an agile environment.

• You have a strong track record of building successful products across multiple device types. Experience in commercial selling, retail, consumer products or marketplace commerce is a plus.
• You are able to break down complex problems and solve them iteratively and incrementally, using strong analytical skills to identify key problems, define KPIs, collect data and draw conclusions.
• You bring strong product design and UX skills, including the ability to develop research hypotheses, collaborate effectively with Product Design and communicate potential outcomes visually through prototypes.
• You bring strong communication and stakeholder management skills, can align cross-functional teams and navigate decisions with senior stakeholders, and are fluent in English.
• You have a good technical understanding, and are curious about new technologies including AI.

What You’ll Do• Grow Kleinanzeigen’s business through Advertising with your customer-centric mindset and business-savvy product leadership.

• Work in an international, autonomous and cross-functional team. In an OKR-driven environment, you will shape your team’s priorities and determine what to explore to deliver value to users and advertisers equally.
• Ensure clarity, consensus and alignment around your key priorities and achievements.
• Facilitate cross-functional discovery and delivery, drive a shared understanding of problems and ensure the team reaches tangible outcomes.
• Drive collaboration across Kleinanzeigen to identify technology-based monetisation opportunities and develop high-impact hypotheses using a data-driven approach.
• Explore how AI can support product discovery, decision-making and new opportunities within Advertising.
