We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Product Manager – Growth to own initiatives that drive sustainable product growth, with a strong focus on customer acquisition. The role will combine product strategy, growth experimentation, customer insights, analytics, and cross-functional execution to improve the journey from discovery and acquisition through activation and conversion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of growth product management and the ability to identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, run experiments, and translate insights into scalable product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Growth Product roadmap with a strong focus on customer acquisition and sustainable user growth.
- Analyse acquisition funnels to identify drop-offs, friction points, and opportunities for conversion improvement.
- Define product strategies that improve customer discovery, acquisition, activation, and conversion.
- Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to align product initiatives with acquisition campaigns and customer segments.
- Develop clear product requirements, user stories, product specifications, and success metrics.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver growth-focused product experiences.
- Develop and prioritise a structured pipeline of growth hypotheses and experiments.
- Plan and execute A/B tests, funnel experiments, onboarding improvements, and conversion optimisation initiatives.
- Use product analytics and customer research to understand user behaviour and identify growth opportunities.
- Track acquisition metrics including traffic-to-signup, signup-to-activation, conversion, CAC, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor product and growth performance.
- Identify opportunities for improving acquisition through referrals, partnerships, personalisation, product-led growth, and lifecycle experiences.
- Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to ensure reliable measurement and attribution of growth initiatives.
- Conduct customer research, usability analysis, competitive research, and market assessments.
- Translate insights into actionable product improvements and measurable business outcomes.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of growth initiatives.
- Present product strategy, experiment results, learnings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Continuously iterate on successful experiments and scale initiatives that demonstrate measurable impact.
- Establish repeatable growth processes and foster a strong culture of experimentation and learning.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful exposure to Growth Product Management.
- Proven experience owning products or initiatives focused on customer acquisition, conversion, activation, or user growth.
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, growth loops, product-led growth, and customer lifecycle journeys.
- Experience defining and executing growth experiments and A/B tests.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with product analytics, funnel metrics, cohorts, and behavioural data.
- Experience with tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar product and marketing analytics platforms is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of acquisition metrics including CAC, conversion rate, activation, retention, LTV, and ROI.
- Ability to translate data and customer insights into clear product strategies and prioritised roadmaps.
- Strong experience working with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
- Excellent product sense with a customer-centric and experimentation-driven mindset.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from concept through measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development, product discovery, prioritisation, and iterative delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
