Position Details :

  • Define and clarify business requirements
  • Clarify system, functional, integration, and operational requirements
  • Communicate with all stakeholders, including external companies, vendors, and development teams
  • Manage the backlog and drive operational improvements
  • Manage production operations
  • Handle and resolve production issues

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in product management or high-level design/R&D at a vendor.
  • Strong understanding of IT technical skills, including protocols, databases, and coding.
  • Proven experience in clarifying business and system requirements.
  • Proficient in creating functional and interface specification documents.
  • Experienced in developing comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
  • Hands-on experience with production troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage parallel development projects effectively.
  • High proficiency in Japanese communication (JLPT N2 level or above).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with BSS in the telecom industry
  • Experience in development, coding, and SQL
  • Experience with Billing, Payment, EC Portals, and API-based integration
