- Use data, project health indicators, and risk insights to inform executive governance and prioritization decisions.
- Manage project budgets, procurement strategy, SOW development, vendor selection, and third-party partner performance.
- Support initiatives involving construction timelines, regulatory requirements, infrastructure needs, and operational readiness.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers while modeling PMO standards and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For

- 8+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in a complex healthcare, enterprise, technology, construction, or transformation environment.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.
- Strong experience managing risk, dependencies, budgets, governance forums, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Experience with Epic, Oracle, mergers and acquisitions, capital projects, or infrastructure initiatives is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, analysis, problem-solving, and change leadership skills.
