Responsibilities:

Integration & Data Management:

  • Data Mapping & Sync: Ensure custodial feeds are accurately ingested, normalized, mapped, and synchronized from Tamarac into Salesforce CRM.
  • Data Quality & Troubleshooting: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, integration issues, and pipeline bottlenecks.

CRM & Workflow Optimization:

  • Workflow Enhancement: Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce CRM workflows to support wealth management and advisor operations.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data quality, integration efficiency, and overall CRM functionality.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with wealth management, advisor operations, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a hands-on technical expert for Tamarac, custodial data architecture, and Salesforce processes.
  • Autonomous Execution: Independently manage deliverables, project timelines, and stakeholder expectations from day one with minimal oversight.
  • 10-12 years in financial services, with dedicated experience in Wealth Management / RIA environments.
  • Custodial Data Expertise: Deep hands-on experience integrating, mapping, and normalizing data feeds from major custodians (e.g., Charles Schwab, Fidelity) using Tamarac.
  • Salesforce FSC Capability: Proven proficiency in Salesforce CRM (preferably Financial Services Cloud) within an RIA or wealth management setting.
  • Technical & Business Alignment: Strong background translating operational and business requirements into efficient, scalable data and CRM workflows.
  • Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance: Skilled at independently identifying and resolving data discrepancies, integration issues, and workflow gaps.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations, balance competing priorities, and drive initiatives to completion with minimal oversight.
