Agile Business Analyst

Pay Range: €44000 - €55000

  The role: 

As an Agile Business Analyst, you will help drive our goals by: 

• Translating complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for data, integration and low-code products. 

• Leading stakeholder workshops and facilitating collaboration between business, product, engineering and platform teams. 

• Supporting the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and business case development through to testing and implementation. 

• Analysing business processes, data flows and automation opportunities to identify scalable solutions and measurable outcomes. 

• Defining and documenting data quality, governance and integration requirements to support reliable decision-making. 

• Driving alignment across teams, managing change effectively and helping deliver value-focused digital transformation initiatives. 

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: 

• Experience as a Business Analyst working on digital, data or technology-led products and services. 

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Knowledge of Agile delivery approaches and experience creating and prioritising epics, user stories and backlogs. 

• Experience analysing data, mapping processes and translating insights into practical business requirements. 

• Exposure to ERP systems, APIs, data integration platforms, workflow automation or low-code technologies. 

• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
