About Simform:
Simform is a premier digital engineering company specialising in Cloud, Data, AI/ML, and Experience Engineering to create seamless digital experiences and scalable products. Simform has strong capabilities across Microsoft, Google Cloud, and Databricks. With a presence in 6 countries, Simform primarily serves North America, the UK, and the Northern European market. Role Overview:
We are a digital product engineering company that partners with clients to create innovative, high-performing software solutions. We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager who has done an actual product development journey and who has actually owned the product with good communication and general smartness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the client's platform, set against their business goals.
- Define the north-star metric and adoption KPIs (activation, time-to-first-value, feature adoption, retention) and hold the roadmap accountable to them
- Run discovery — user and stakeholder interviews, assumption testing — before scope hardens
- Turn business intent into clear specs: problem, success criteria, acceptance criteria, non-goals, and the edge cases (failure modes, permissions, migrations)
- Prioritize transparently using RICE / WSJF / MoSCoW, and say no with a rationale the client can defend to their own stakeholders
- Partner with the Solution Architect on technical trade-offs that shape the roadmap: build vs. buy, service boundaries, data models, platform work vs. features
- Act as the primary product counterpart to client stakeholders; run roadmap reviews, demos, and release communication
- Manage scope, timeline, quality, and budget honestly; assess the impact of change requests and document the decisions
- Report what shipped, what it moved, and what changes in the roadmap as a result
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years in product management, including 3+ years owning the end-to-end roadmap for a technical or SaaS product with real users and real metrics
- Track record of setting vision and strategy, not just running a backlog. You should be able to walk through a roadmap you set, the calls you made, and what you killed
- Product-engineering mindset: comfortable with APIs, cloud infrastructure, data models, and integration patterns, and able to hold your own with a Solution Architect
- Fluency in product analytics and KPI design — defining metrics, instrumenting them, and reading them honestly
- Strong client and executive stakeholder management, including delivering difficult messages without damaging the relationship
- Excellent structured thinking and written communication
- Agile/Scrum experience with distributed delivery teams
- Comfortable shipping in ambiguity, where the input is a business goal rather than a specification
What this role is not:
- Not a scrum master or backlog administrator
- Not a project or delivery management role. You own the what and the why; the PM and Engineering Manager own the how and the when
- Not a BA role executing against someone else's roadmap
- Not a role where the product is yours. The client owns it, authority is borrowed, and influence is earned every quarter
- Not a fit if metric fluency stops at signups, page views, and story points delivered
Why Join Us:
- Young Team, Thriving Culture
- Flat-hierarchical, friendly, engineering-oriented, and growth-focused culture.
- Well-balanced learning and growth opportunities
- Free health insurance.
- Office facilities with a game zone, in-office kitchen with affordable lunch service, and free snacks.
- Sponsorship for certifications/events and library service.
- Flexible work timing, leaves for life events, WFH and hybrid options
