Job Description

We are looking for a motivated student or recent graduate who wants to learn how businesses improve quality, manage risks, protect information, and keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

With support from experienced mentors, you will:

  • Learn how business processes work and help improve them.
  • Help document processes, workflows, and business requirements.
  • Support quality, information security, business continuity, and risk management activities.
  • Assist in identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation.
  • Work with different teams to collect information and support improvement projects.
  • Learn how international standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) are applied in a real IT company.

Qualifications

  • Student or recent graduate in Business, IT, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in business processes, quality, security, or risk management.
  • Ability to organize information and create clear documentation.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
  • English level B2 or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other process modeling tools.
  • Basic understanding of ISO standards, quality management, or information security.
  • Interest in auditing, compliance, or continuous improvement.
