Salesforce Product Owner/ Financial Cloud Exp Must CA/NJ/IN ( 3 Locations) Onsite Role
Skills:-
- 3–6 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis, including at least 2 years in a Product Owner or comparable prioritization/decision-making capacity.
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and how to translate business needs into platform solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and backlog management.
- Strong ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and to decompose large problems into deliverable increments.
• Exceptional communication skills—written and verbal—with the proven ability to translate between business and technical audiences, facilitate productive conversations, present a clear rationale, say no when needed, and build alignment across stakeholders at all levels.
- A value- and outcome-oriented mindset: comfortable making trade-off decisions and defining what success looks like.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Exposure to the Financial Services and Wealth Management domain (e.g., advisory workflows, client/household data models, account and relationship structures, Investment management).
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to Financial Services.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
- Experience with AWS (e.g., understanding cloud services and how they support Salesforce solutions and data flows).
- Experience with API integration of external services with Salesforce (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, real-time and batch data exchange).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple product areas or initiatives.
