OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of mid- to large-scale signage projects, supporting national-level accounts in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is responsible for coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle, from proposal development and onboarding through engineering, manufacturing, installation, invoicing, and closeout.

The ideal candidate brings advanced project management expertise, strong organizational and communication skills, and prior signage or equivalent industry experience. This role requires the ability to manage multiple high-priority, complex projects simultaneously, proactively mitigate risk, and independently manage project portfolios.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates all phases of the project and assures on-time delivery of projects
  • Contribute to proposal, onboarding, and delivery phases of initial contract and acquisition of order
  • Interpret code, review sign family and recommend art
  • Prepare proposals
  • Support project through engineering, manufacturing, installation and invoicing
  • Refer to designs and specifications, estimates, contracts, engineering drawings to timely direct sign projects
  • Manage communications between customers, landlord, subcontractors, and permitting departments
  • Negotiates with subcontractors and establishes subcontractor guidelines
  • Issue Pos and manage installation costs
  • Manage close outs and accruals
  • Ensures all project information and status updates are posted to business systems, both customer's systems and internal systems, in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain national level accounts independently

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • End-to-end project management
  • Resource coordination. Risk management and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with installation and invoicing workflows
  • Basic project management skills, good communication, and organizational abilities
  • Previous Sign or Equivalent Industry Experience
  • 3-5 yrs Advanced project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task between multiple high priority projects, leading larger more complex projects
  • Capable of running Volume of $1.5 - $3M

  • Ability to lift and handle materials or samples weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to visually inspect signage proofs, samples, or installations for accuracy and quality.
