• Support global regulatory reporting obligations (e.g., EMI, MiFID) by preparing and delivering required data, ensuring all tasks within scope are completed;

• Track and update related tasks in our Jira ticketing systems, including commenting and providing status updates;

• Use standard Agile or SCRUM methodologies (i.e. Jira boards) to track tasks and workflows;

• Ensure that standards for response and documentation are met for both ad-hoc and recurring data requests.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across Global Compliance to understand and support the delivery of data that satisfies requirements from regulators (i.e., UK FCA, CBI, MFSA), financial partners, and internal leadership;

• Follow and help improve procedures for key reporting tasks, and explore new tools and processes that improve how data is prepared and shared with colleagues and customers;

• Document processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency;

• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience using Python or similar languages for data processing or automation;
