Job description:

The Provincial Product Analyst supports business decision-making through performance monitoring, reporting, analytics, and business insights. This role works closely with business partners and team members to analyze data, identify trends, develop reporting solutions, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Compiles, cleans, organizes, and analyzes data to support business objectives and decision-making.
  • Monitors key performance indicators and identifies trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and performance monitoring solutions.
  • Evaluates business initiatives and strategic priorities through data analysis and measurement.
  • Translates analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Ensures data quality, integrity, and accuracy across reporting and analytical deliverables.
  • Supports reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs and analytical requirements.
  • Contributes to business intelligence, visualization, documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:                      

  • Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
  • Experience extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into business insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard development.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as, SQL, Python, SAS, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or other data-driven business environments.

Compensation

Compensation Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 59,900.00 - 90,000.00 annually.  Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
