Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Independently apply Item Data Governance standards to assigned item records and identify when data exceptions or policy questions require escalation 2. Manage the collection, organization, validation, and maintenance of product and item data within company systems 3. Create and maintain item records while helping ensure data accuracy and completeness 4. Independently prioritize and process product information requests, using judgment to resolve incomplete, inconsistent, or conflicting data 5. Learn and become proficient in ERP and PIM systems 6. Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned product data requests, coordinating directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders 7. Support inventory lifecycle activities by assisting with item status updates and data maintenance 8. Evaluate product documentation, and item attributes to determine whether item data is complete and accurate 9. Help maintain product information standards for internal and external catalogs 10. Support internal customer requests and departmental projects 11. Analyze recurring data issues or discrepancies, recommend resolution steps, and escalate complex exceptions as 12. Make recommendations to improve data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems 13. Identify process gaps or recurring data-quality issues and propose corrective actions appropriate 14. Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience 2. 0-2 years of experience in product data management, data analysis, product information management, supply chain, or related business systems experience preferred 3. Experience working with large data sets and Microsoft Office applications preferred 4. Exposure to Power BI, D365 ERP or PIM systems is a plus but not required
