We are currently looking for a Product Manager – Loyalty, Partnerships is responsible for defining, developing and continuously optimizing the company’s loyalty product and leveraging strategic partnership. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on, day-to-day operational execution to ensure the loyalty program and partner activities run smoothly and deliver measurable commercial impact, requires strong business acumen, a data-driven mindset, and continuous monitoring of the energy market, competitive landscape and industry developments, with the objective of driving customer value, engagement and incremental revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the loyalty product strategy, including value proposition, reward mechanics, benefits, customer journeys and operating rules
- Identify, evaluate, develop and manage strategic partnerships that enhance the loyalty proposition and commercial performance
- Build and evaluate business cases for new partnerships and loyalty initiatives
- Monitor performance through key KPIs (member acquisition, active members, redemptions, usage, conversion) and translate data into actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience, Customer Care teams on member engagement and activation campaigns
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis within the energy sector, loyalty ecosystems and partnership models, including regulatory and commercial developments
- Ensure smooth execution of partnerships, timelines, deliverables and data quality
- Ensure financial alignment and cost control across partnerships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- Experience in product, loyalty/CRM/partnerships or a related business role
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand commercial objectives
- Analytical, structured and data-driven approach to decision making
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel Skills – development of performance reports, dashboards & ability to manage and analyze large datasets (members, offers, redemptions, partner performance)
