Job Requirements About the Role
As an Analyst/Senior Analyst , you will be part of the Data & Analytics function under the New Age function , based in Mumbai . This role focuses on executing analytics for Retail Liabilities, Customer Experience, and Operations. You will be responsible for building and managing analytical models, dashboards, campaigns, and data processes that support business decisions and improve operational efficiency. The role also emphasizes automation, documentation, and adherence to data governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute analytics models, MIS reports, dashboards, and campaigns for Retail Liabilities, Customer Experience, and Operations.
- Build and maintain analytic models and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate across departments to drive data-driven strategies and outcomes.
- Ensure seamless and error-free execution of analytics programs with high First Time Right (FTR) rates.
- Document processes, data codes, repositories, and requests for audit and learning purposes.
- Drive automation to reduce manual calculations and improve productivity using coding tools.
- Fulfill campaign responses and evaluate program effectiveness using statistical methods.
- Adhere to documented processes and data governance policies.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Support business KPIs through timely dashboard execution, proactive program rollouts, and assistance in launching new products and features.
- Share best practices across units to replicate successful analytics models and establish a Centre of Excellence.
- Maintain transparency by communicating the impact of market, credit, reputational, and financial risks.
- Regularly update policies and procedures to reflect changing risk environments.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Postgraduate degree in MA, MTech, MBA or MSC or MCA.
Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in Retail Liabilities, Customer Experience, or Operations domains.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong analytical and statistical skills.
- Proficiency in building dashboards, campaigns, and data models.
- Experience with automation tools and coding for analytics.
- Excellent documentation and process adherence capabilities.
- Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and drive business impact through analytics.
