Join our collaborative environment, where you'll contribute to product strategy and play a key role in the continued development of our EMEA Account Solutions offering. Working alongside Product Management and cross-functional partners, you will support the evolution of our account-based solutions, helping to define product priorities, coordinate strategic initiatives and identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and business performance.
As a Product Manager within Liquidity & Account Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting the success of our Account Solutions portfolio across EMEA. You will help shape strategy, governance and product development activities while partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver scalable, commercially viable and operationally robust solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day priorities across the Account Solutions portfolio by working closely with functional partners and providing product expertise to front office and client-facing stakeholders.
- Liaise with Product Management, Finance, Treasury, Business Management, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Risk Management teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, policy requirements and strategic priorities.
- Support the development and execution of product strategy and roadmaps across account-based solutions and related capabilities.
- Participate in strategic initiatives and coordinate projects that contribute to the enhancement of product offerings, operating models and client propositions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholder groups to define business requirements, user workflows, customer journeys and solution design.
- Support the development and commercialization of new capabilities and propositions, including market expansion, client readiness and go-to-market activities.
- Collect, analyse and interpret product, client and market data to support decision-making and prioritization.
- Build partnerships across product, sales, implementation, operations and technology teams to identify opportunities to improve client experience, operational efficiency and product adoption & Prepare presentations, management updates and business cases for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Ensure product governance, risk and control frameworks are maintained, including identification and escalation of issues, risks and dependencies.
- Assess the impact of regulatory, market and industry developments on product offerings and support the implementation of required changes.
- Support cross-product initiatives across Liquidity & Account Solutions, helping ensure alignment between product strategy, client needs and business priorities.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Relevant experience within transaction banking, liquidity, cash management, account services or related product management disciplines.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and proven ability to build effective partnerships across multiple functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level communications and present findings concisely.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives, product enhancements and change management activities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Knowledge of liquidity, account services, virtual account solutions, client money structures or related transaction banking products.
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition and delivery.
- Exposure to product governance, risk management and regulatory change implementation.
- Experience working with large corporate, financial institution or regulated client segments.
- Demonstrated success partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support product growth and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong AI and data analysis as well as presentation capabilities.
- High degree of initiative and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
