Senior Project Manager- West Region

Full Time

Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. (ECT) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the continued growth and development of client relationships throughout the West Region. This position is intended for an experienced project leader who can successfully manage large, complex, multidisciplinary projects across energy, infrastructure, environmental, and public sector markets while serving as a trusted partner to clients and project teams.

Success in this position will be measured through project performance, client satisfaction, team leadership, financial results, and contribution to regional growth objectives. Senior Project Managers play a key role in delivering successful projects, mentoring emerging leaders, and helping strengthen long-term client relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large, complex, multidisciplinary projects across a variety of markets and services.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, and overall project performance.
  • Serve as a primary client contact and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Partner with technical teams to deliver successful project outcomes and exceptional client service.
  • Support business development efforts, client pursuits, proposals, and growth initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing and emerging client accounts.
  • Mentor project managers and technical staff through coaching, oversight, and professional development.
  • Represent ECT in client meetings, industry organizations, conferences, and other professional settings.

Experience & Education

  • Relevant degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex projects within environmental consulting, engineering, energy, infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success managing project financial performance, client relationships, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, project delivery, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting business development, client growth, and strategic project pursuits preferred.
