The Opportunity

•Senior individual contributor responsible for the reliability, scalability, and delivery of a large-scale enterprise SaaS work-management platform. •Owns CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and observability, partnering closely with backend, frontend, and SRE/CloudOps teams.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple services, improving speed, safety, and repeatability of deployments.
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools to provision, configure, and manage cloud resources in a consistent, reproducible way.
• Operate and evolve containerized workloads and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) for high availability and efficient scaling.
• Implement and refine monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure system health, performance, and early detection of issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design operable services: deployment strategies, configuration management, runtime standards, and SLOs.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Contribute to security and compliance practices across the delivery pipeline (secrets management, least-privilege access, hardened images, etc.).
• Document runbooks, standards, and best practices; help onboard engineers to tooling and workflows.

Tech stack

• CI/CD: modern pipeline tooling (e.g., Git-based workflows, pipeline-as-code, automated testing and release gates).
• IaC: tools for declarative infrastructure management (e.g., Terraform-class tooling).
• Containers & orchestration: Docker-style containers; Kubernetes-class orchestrators.
• Cloud: experience with at least one major public cloud provider.
• Observability: metrics, logs, and tracing platforms; alerting and dashboarding.

What You'll Bring

Experience & qualifications

• ~6–9 years of experience in DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure engineering for web or SaaS products.
• Strong experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for multi-service environments.
• Solid hands-on skills with containers and at least one orchestration platform.
• Practical experience with IaC for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and networking layers.
• Comfortable working with globally distributed engineering teams and agile delivery practices.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Node.js/JavaScript or similar web application stacks in production.
• Exposure to AI-assisted tooling (e.g., for CI/CD workflows, configuration generation, or incident analysis).
• Experience in work-management, Agile/Kanban, or developer-productivity SaaS domains.
