About the Role
Leap, a subsidiary of TD SYNNEX, is seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Salesforce environment while delivering an exceptional experience for users across the business.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Senior Salesforce Administrator, serving as a key resource for Salesforce support, troubleshooting, reporting, data management, and system administration. You'll help ensure Salesforce accurately reflects business processes, supports data-driven decisions, and operates efficiently for users around the globe.

What You'll Do
Salesforce Support & Troubleshooting
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce users and support requests.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while escalating complex problems when needed.
- Partner with users to understand challenges, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Support user adoption and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.
Reporting & Data Management
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and homepage components.
- Fulfill business reporting requests and ensure consistency of key metrics.
- Perform data audits, cleansing, deduplication, bulk updates, and ongoing maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain data quality across Salesforce objects and processes.
Salesforce Administration
- Support user management, record maintenance, field updates, page layouts, and configuration changes.
- Assist with Salesforce security administration, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and access controls.
- Support Salesforce Flows and automation within established governance standards.
- Document system updates and maintain platform integrity.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements and releases.
- Validate system changes against business requirements before deployment.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities to enhance the user experience.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience supporting Salesforce, CRM systems, business applications, or related technologies.
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, data validation, or database-related processes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
- Equivalent Salesforce administration or support experience will be strongly considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets, flows, and security models.
- Experience supporting ticketing systems, technical support environments, or help desk operations.
- Familiarity with SQL, data queries, or data manipulation tools is a plus.

Working Conditions
- Supports global business users and primarily operates during Pacific Time business hours.
- Occasional travel may be required.
