Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Django and strong backend capabilities to join our Network Digital Twin development team. This role requires a self-driven, detail-oriented engineer who thrives on delivering high-quality, production-grade code, embraces continuous learning, and is excited about AI, Copilot-driven development, and innovative technologies.

You will work in a collaborative environment but must be capable of working independently, taking ownership of features from design to deployment, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Django and Python.

· Build robust backend services, APIs, and integrations with external systems.

· Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for performance and reliability.

· Implement frontend components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks.

· Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, DevOps) to deliver innovative features.

· Utilize Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence for agile development and documentation.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance in production environments.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

· Proven experience with Django and Python for backend development.

· Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.

· Proficiency in frontend technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery.

· Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

· Familiarity with Agile tools: Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence.

· Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality code.

· Intermediate English level or higher (technical documentation and discussions).

Nice to Have

· Passion for AI, Copilot-assisted development, and emerging technologies.

· Experience in telecommunications: Wireless Transport, Fiber Optics, Routing, or Energy Efficiency.

· Knowledge of Golang for backend development.

· Experience with containerization (Docker) and MicroK8s.

· Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
