Product Manager – Scheduling

At Sunstice, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our Scheduling module and drive its evolution, balancing customer needs, product ambitions, and technological challenges.

About the Role

As Product Manager for the Scheduling module, you will own its vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Your role will be to ensure that the module evolves in line with market and customer needs while contributing to Sunstice's broader product and business objectives.

You will work closely with a dedicated Scrum team composed of 7 Developers, 1 Tech Lead, and 1 QA Engineer, as well as with Product, R&D, and other stakeholders involved in customer projects.

A key challenge of the role will be to ensure the right balance between long-term product development and customer project requirements, progressively strengthening a roadmap-driven approach to the development of the module.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and continuously refine the vision and roadmap for the Scheduling module, aligning them with Sunstice's product strategy, customer needs, market developments, and technological opportunities.
  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities, making informed trade-offs between new capabilities, customer requests, innovation, product quality, and technical debt.
  • Ensure alignment between the product roadmap, customer project commitments, and the development team's capacity, anticipating potential priority conflicts and facilitating the necessary trade-offs with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor the development team's performance through relevant indicators, including product quality, delivery against commitments, and velocity, and use these insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Tech Lead, QA Engineer, and Developers to turn product priorities into relevant, robust, and maintainable solutions.
  • Contribute to strengthening Product Management practices, helping ensure that product development is increasingly guided by a clear roadmap, prioritization, and value creation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the module alongside Product and Engineering teams, with a particular focus on quality, maintainability, documentation, and technical debt management.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong understanding of Supply Chain software and Scheduling challenges. Given the functional complexity of the module, previous experience in this environment is essential to succeed in the role.

You bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a B2B software environment.
  • Previous experience with a software vendor specializing in Supply Chain solutions is required, ideally with direct exposure to Scheduling solutions.
  • Strong experience in building and managing product roadmaps, from identifying opportunities to defining, prioritizing, and communicating product decisions.
  • A strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and challenges, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into relevant product capabilities.
  • The ability to make clear trade-offs between competing priorities, including customer requests, project commitments, new capabilities, quality, innovation, and technical debt.

Fluency in English is required, as you will operate in an international environment and collaborate with teams and stakeholders across different countries.
