Candidates must have 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds. Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is required, along with strong communication and presentation skills.

This is a remote position.

Role : Salesforce Business Analyst

Experience:5-8yrs

Must have : Sales, Services,Marketing, community cloud.

Location: Remote(Contract)

Mode: WFH

Notice period: Immediate to 15days

Desired: Applicants from Salesforce cloud partner companies were high priority.

Skills Requirement:

  • Minimum 5-8years of relevant experience as a Salesforce – Business Analyst
  • Demonstrated solid client facing and stakeholder management experience
  • Extensive hands-on experience of managing multiple implementation projects
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Highly skilled in creating, maintaining, and supporting all application development artefacts including BRD, User Stories, Functional Process Flows, Wireframes, Business rule definitions, User manuals and training material
  • Exceptional demonstration and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Sales and Service cloud, Marketing cloud is a must. Add on knowledge of Experience cloud, and Tableau CRM will be highly preferred
  • Solid core knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals
  • Good understanding of Waterfall/Agile software development lifecycle fundamentals and experience of delivering projects in both type of models.

Applicants with BA certification and any other is preferred.
