Sr. System Analyst – Oracle Fusion HCM:

We are seeking a Senior System Analyst to support and enhance Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. This role will partner with HR and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, troubleshoot system issues, optimize business processes, and deliver system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including configuration, integrations, testing, reporting, and production support, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the HRMS environment, including Oracle Fusion HCM, to support Human Resources, payroll, and related business functions.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, HR stakeholders and functional/technical teams to ensure effective delivery of HR technology solutions.
  • Assist HRIS Manager with prioritizing work assignments and coordinate resources to ensure timely and effective resolution of system issues and business requests.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, system functionality, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Implement with the HRIS Manager standard operating procedures to ensure consistency, data integrity, and procedural compliance.

Team Development and Resource Management

  • Work with HRIS Manager in building and maintaining a high-performing HRIS team through effective training, coaching, knowledge sharing, and succession planning.
  • Assess team capabilities and identify opportunities to strengthen technical and functional skills needed to support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to team members and HR stakeholders.

Relationship Management

  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with HR, business leaders, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system enhancements, integrations, interfaces, and process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to HR professionals and managers to improve system proficiency and service delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners regarding HR technology capabilities and solutions.

Projects and Process Improvement

  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee and organizational information.
  • Oversee and support HRMS applications and integrations, including Oracle Fusion HCM and related HR systems such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, performance management, learning, and third-party vendors.
  • Lead or participate in system implementations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and other HR technology initiatives.
  • Evaluate business projects and organizational changes that may impact HRMS processes, systems, integrations, or data.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and issue resolution and provide management with assessments of HR technology impacts, risks, and recommended solutions.
  • Leverage technology, automation, and business intelligence solutions to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and quality.

Metrics, Reporting, and Data Integrity

  • Develop, maintain, and support complex reports, queries, audits, and analytics to meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity across HRMS applications and related systems.
  • Analyze HR data and system trends to identify issues, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Lead testing activities and develop test plans for system upgrades, patches, enhancements, integrations, and other system changes.
  • Coordinate and oversee implementation activities to ensure successful delivery of system changes.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Maintain knowledge of applicable industry trends, HR technology practices, and emerging developments that impact HR systems and processes.
  • Partner with HR and other stakeholders to assess and address regulatory and compliance impacts on HR technology.

Qualifications

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (human resources or computer science).
