As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. You’ll work with different systems, software, hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.
- Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, or any IT-related course.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in similar roles is a plus but not required.
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- All levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule.
