Here’s a summary of the role:
Diligent is seeking a Partner Delivery Manager (Risk, Audit & Compliance) to join our Professional Services department.
As a Partner Delivery Manager at Diligent, you will own partner relationships across a region or portfolio of strategic accounts, leading partner-led implementations, supporting partner certification advancement, coaching junior team members, and providing senior expertise on strategic pursuits.
You will work closely with senior partner leaders and Diligent’s commercial, implementation, client services, and business teams to ensure high-quality delivery across our global partner ecosystem. The role suits someone with strong partner management experience in GRC or an adjacent SaaS ecosystem, a track record of developing strategic partner relationships, and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
This role operates on a hybrid model, with 50% office-based work required (periodic travel to partner offices will be required). This role is open to candidates based in London.
Regrettably we are unable to provide visa sponsorship, so you must be eligible to work in the UK.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Own partner-firm relationships at the senior delivery leadership level for the partner firms in your scope, including partner-firm capacity and investment conversations, certification tier-movement conversations, and partner-firm growth conversations
- Lead the most complex and highest-risk partner-led client implementations in your region or strategic-account portfolio; coordinate remediation with internal business unit leaders when partner performance slips
- Build the evidence cases for partner certification tier advancement (Foundation to Standard, Standard to Strategic Solution Provider, or equivalent): pull together engagement-quality data, certification track record, and commercial outcomes; bring recommendations to the regional Manager and Director
- Lead the partner-side of strategic-account partner-led pursuits: validate partner fit and capacity, coordinate with internal commercial teams on deal scoping, ensure certification standards are met before deals close
- Design and refine partner enablement curriculum in partnership with our enablement and product teams: identify new training needs, build self-certification roadmaps for partner-firm consultants, push for fresh content on new product capabilities
- Surface cross-regional and cross-account partner-portfolio patterns to the regional Manager and Director: tier-movement trends, engagement-quality patterns, partner-economics signal, partner-firm growth indicators
- Lead the most consequential post-implementation reviews on strategic-account partner-led engagements; feed findings back to internal business unit leaders, commercial teams, and pricing
- Serve as the senior voice in cross-business-unit partner conversations where partner-firm relationships span multiple product lines
- Escalate to the regional Manager and Director when partner performance is putting Diligent’s reputation or strategic-account outcomes at risk — while keeping internal teams aligned through the escalation
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in partner ecosystem management, channel management, alliance management, or implementation services management in the GRC software space or adjacent enterprise SaaS verticals
- Demonstrated track record of cross-regional or strategic-account partner-firm relationship management at the senior delivery leadership level
- Direct experience leading partner certification-tier advancement decisions with defensible evidence cases
- Working AI fluency: prompt engineering, agent-augmented workflow design, structured-capture habits, comfort working alongside AI tooling in operational settings
- Strong commercial fluency at the strategic-account level: partner-deal economics, partner-led-deal pricing implications, certification-tier ROI.
- Senior individual contributor presence: comfortable working at the Vice President of Delivery level inside partner firms and at the business unit leadership level inside Diligent
- Demonstrated coaching capability: track record of developing more junior partner-ecosystem professionals into independent senior individual contributors
- Strong written communication: tier-advancement evidence cases, executive partner-portfolio briefs, and escalation memos must be clear and defensible at executive audiences
- Willingness to travel for partner-firm engagements
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Behavioural Skills:
- Self-motivated and independent, able to work autonomously, take ownership and manage priorities effectively
- Growth-minded, passionate about contributing to business growth and identifying opportunities to make an impact
- Curious and eager to learn, open to feedback, keen to develop new skills and continuously improve
It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- Direct experience leading the partner-side of strategic-account partner-led deal pursuits
- Experience in GRC software, legal/compliance technology, audit/risk software, or board-management software strongly preferred
