About the role

Job Description

  • Respond to incidents 24x7 base on rotational standby schedule with attention to SLA
  • Provide at least level 2 to 3 technical support to Network and Security as primary and Cisco Unified Communication support
  • Level 2 Technical Support for Cisco and Alcatel/Aruba wired and wireless network solutions
  • Perform network troubleshooting and optimization
  • Acting as 2nd level technical escalation support from level 1 engineers
  • Manage and support Cisco FTD, Check Point, and Palo Alto Next generation firewalls
  • Able to implement and understand security policies, access controls, and threat prevention measures
  • Conduct security assessments and vulnerability management
  • Monitor security events and respond to incidents
  • Support Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure
  • Assist with voice and video collaboration solutions
  • Troubleshoot UC-related network issues

Qualifications

  • HPE-Aruba: Enterprise switching operations, AOS-CX
  • Cisco Catalyst Switches
  • Ability to use and leverage on available AI tools to improve work efficiency
  • Must be AI savvy and contribute ideas in AI agent development
  • Primary Certification: HPE-Aruba Professional (ACP / ACSP equivalent): Mid-level credentials for designing, deploying, and managing complex wired, wireless, and switching environments (such as AOS-CX or campus access)
  • Secondary Cisco Certifications, Check Point or Palo Alto
