Full description

We’ve been proudly serving Australian communities since 1914 and have grown to become a top 30-listed company on the ASX with a portfolio of iconic homegrown brands. At the heart of our continued success is over 115,000 team members working across the country, all contributing to bringing our customers smiles. You’ll not only get to see your work make a difference, you’ll be part of a team working together to help Australians eat and live better every day.

About the team

As the way we shop continues to evolve, our Digital team keeps us at the cutting edge. Driven by our innovative, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture, we’re constantly looking at ways to create differentiated, omni-channel experiences for our customers and build the next generation of digital retailing.

About the role

As Product Manager, Experimentation, Growth & Optimisation, you’ll lead the strategy and growth of digital product experimentation across our Product teams.

This is not a traditional Product Manager role focused on a single customer-facing roadmap. You’ll shape experimentation as an enterprise-wide product capability, bringing together analytics, product strategy, commercial value measurement, change leadership and people leadership.

You’ll help our teams test, learn and optimise with greater confidence, while building the frameworks, tools and ways of working that enable experimentation at scale.

You’ll also:

  • Own and deliver the experimentation strategy, roadmap and product-led operating model across priority Product teams
  • Establish trusted measurement standards covering hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, statistical methodology and decision criteria
  • Partner with Product, Analytics and Finance to translate validated outcomes into credible customer and commercial value
  • Lead, coach and develop two Experimentation Specialists, building capability, ownership and performance across the team

About you and your skills

You’re an experienced experimentation, analytics or optimisation leader who combines strong technical depth with commercial thinking and an ability to influence.

You’ll also bring:

  • Extensive experience across digital product experimentation, analytics, growth or optimisation, including hands-on A/B testing
  • Strong practical knowledge of experiment design and statistics, including hypotheses, sample size, significance, guardrails and interpretation
  • Proven experience building or evolving experimentation frameworks, platforms, playbooks, training or self-service capabilities
  • Commercial acumen and experience translating experiment outcomes into credible benefit estimates and post-release value measurement
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder influence skills, with experience coaching specialist or technical team members and presenting recommendations to senior leaders

Applications close Thursday September 17th, 2026.
