Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and possess 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Proven experience in digital banking, Agile environments, and proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence are required.

Full description

  • Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct business needs assessments and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
  • Work closely with business teams, Product Owners, developers, and technical architects.
  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and customer journeys.
  • Prepare functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate workshops with clients and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Support development teams throughout the implementation phase.
  • Participate in functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation activities.
  • Identify gaps between business expectations and delivered functionalities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital banking products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience working within Digital Factories, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking products and services.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
  • Excellent knowledge of functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital banking platforms and mobile banking applications.
  • Knowledge of banking products and processes (accounts, payments, transfers, cards, etc.).
  • Experience in digital transformation projects and with international banking clients.
  • Familiarity with API concepts and system integration is an advantage.
