About the role
The Senior Product Manager for Business (B2B) owns the end-to-end experience for non-domestic customers, from SME businesses through to large Industrial & Commercial (I&C) organisations.
You'll lead the strategy and roadmap for how business customers are onboarded, managed, billed, and retained, ensuring complex requirements such as broker channels, multi-site accounts, commercial contracts, and settlement processes work seamlessly together.
This is a highly collaborative role, working across multiple product teams to deliver a coherent B2B customer journey while helping define how AI transforms commercial energy operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for ENSEK's B2B account management capability.
- Deliver a seamless commercial customer journey across onboarding, servicing, billing, and retention.
- Partner with Product Catalogue & Quoting, Contracting, Billing, Payments, and Metering teams to ensure B2B requirements are built into the platform from the outset.
- Champion AI-driven innovation to reduce cost to serve, improve efficiency, and enhance customer outcomes.
Key outcomes:
- A scalable B2B platform supporting customers from SMEs to large multi-site I&C organisations.
- Successful delivery of major B2B customer migrations onto Ignition.
- Improved customer satisfaction, agent experience, and operational efficiency.
- Expansion of B2B capability to support ENSEK's international growth ambitions.
Experience required:
- Significant Product Management experience within B2B, commercial, or complex account management environments.
- Strong understanding of commercial customer journeys, including multi-site accounts, brokers/intermediaries, pricing, billing, and contract management.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multiple product teams.
- Experience using data and AI to drive product strategy, decision-making, and customer value.
