Full description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Product Analyst supports the operation, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of the BetChoctaw mobile gaming platform, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a secure, compliant, and high-performing player experience.

Primary Tasks:

  • Support daily digital gaming operations by monitoring system performance, responding to operational issues, and coordinating resolution efforts with internal teams and service providers.
  • Monitor player activity, platform performance, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Review, investigate, and escalate player account transactions, account issues, and operational exceptions in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with customer support, compliance, fraud, technology, and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of operational and player-related issues.
  • Identify, document, and escalate operational, compliance, and regulatory risks while maintaining adherence to applicable gaming standards and internal controls.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators related to player engagement, wagering activity, revenue, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with Digital Gaming leadership to evaluate product performance and recommend enhancements, process improvements, and player engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in system testing, software releases, upgrades, and product implementations, including validation, issue tracking, and user support activities.
  • Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of operational procedures, workflows, controls, and cross-functional communication processes.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

MINIMUM

  • Associate’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent combination work experience or 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and network with individuals at all levels.
  • Self-motivated individual who can adapt quickly, communicate well, and are highly professional with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution efforts across multiple stakeholders.

TARGET

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Analytics, Gaming Operations, or related field, or 4 years of directly related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; build relationships across all levels and with external partners.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and professional with clear communication and a positive attitude.
  • Supports mobile gaming platforms, PAM systems, testing, troubleshooting, and operations.
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance (MICS/TICS, tribal or Class II gaming preferred).
  • Experience working with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams.
