Our IT Operations platform is seeking an IT Network Engineer Professional to support and optimize enterprise network and connectivity services within a global IT environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining service stability, resolving complex network issues, supporting critical operations, and contributing to continuous service improvements. You will work closely with Cloud, Security, Database, Identity, and other IT Operations teams to deliver reliable and secure technology services.
What you’ll do
- Deliver operational support, advanced troubleshooting, and service restoration for network and connectivity services, ensuring high availability and operational excellence.
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents, fulfill service requests, execute operational changes, and support root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot technologies including Firewalls, Azure Firewall, VPN Services, SD-WAN, DNS, Network Security, Routing, Switching, and Connectivity Services.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Database, Identity, and other IT Operations teams to support service delivery and multidisciplinary troubleshooting efforts.
- Drive service quality improvements by maintaining operational documentation, promoting best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to team members while supporting capability development across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management processes while maintaining accurate technical documentation and ticket records.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Network Operations, Infrastructure Support, or related technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching, VPN, and Enterprise Connectivity Services, Firewall and Network Security technologies, SD-WAN and Hybrid Connectivity, Microsoft Azure Networking Services, ITSM platforms, Incident, Change, Request, and Problem Management processes
- Experience with technologies such as Azure Firewall, FortiWeb WAF, Global VPN, SD-WAN, DNS, Proxy, Identity, Routing, and Switching Services, Monitoring & Connectivity Tools.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), and ITIL Foundation.
