The Digital Data Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to generate actionable insights to ensuring the successful execution of our digital journey strategies for BASE. You are an experienced Digital Data Analyst with a strong grasp of how digital journeys influence the customer experience and basic data collection knowledge.
Your Responsibilities as a Digital Data Analyst:
- Collaborating with the e-commerce manager, campaign managers and digital product managers you ensure they can make data-driven decisions that enhance the digital journey. You translate their business objectives into measurable digital and campaigning KPIs, both for specific projects and ongoing activities, with a clear focus on optimizing the end to end customer journey.
- You analyze customer data to map our digital journeys, identifying key touchpoints and user behaviors. You collect, analyze, and visualize data within a digital omnichannel context. Based on your analysis you can make clear recommendations to improve our ecommerce and digital first strategy
- You aggregate and analyze digital campaign data to fuel the digital campaign experts with insights to take the right actions on campaigning and media.
- Make data transparent for stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
- You create and automate digital reporting, ensuring the quality and relevance of data and reports. Your focus is on continuously improving the methodology, dashboards, and data insights. You aggregate and organize data from various sources (Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, search, advertising, Qlik, CRM, Looker Studio, …etc.).
- As a Digital Data Analyst, you train, support, and advise your business stakeholders on building digital analytics reports, formulating business requirements, and interpreting data related to digital journeys.
- You work closely with various internal teams to provide a coherent view of the digital end-to-end customer experience. You monitor data proactively and identify pain points in the journey. You propose improvements, allowing stakeholders to analyze digital customer behavior across all touchpoints.
Our Ideal Digital Data Analyst:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing data analysis
- You have strong analytical skills and think critically. You solve problems effectively, especially in mapping and improving digital experiences.
- You have experience using analytical tools (preferably Adobe Analytics, Qlik and Contentsquare).
- You are a true team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues from various teams, both from a business and a more analytical background.
- You can demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills. You enjoy making data understandable for the business and are happy to mentor less experienced colleagues.
- You are willing to further develop skills in a team-oriented, rapidly changing environment. You are also able to navigate complex situations with ease.
- You are fluent in English, Dutch or French as your mother tongue is an asset.
